As enterprises seek to do business in different areas, they will encounter several changes. There are many aspects of managing businesses that require a lot of preparedness in all areas of management. With focus on the employees, it is important that those given the mandate to manage affairs regarding them are always ready to adjust accordingly in order to fit into this ever-changing world (Armstrong 2012).
