Leadership skills are vital personalities that each individual need to poses in life; it affects many aspects of life like giving direction, and solving problems individually or in an organization. Robin, A (2013).”…Peoples’ success or failure is determined by decisions they make”. In this article, we will talk about decision making in Bus organisation.
First decision making is the process in which one has to make a choice between available options, at any capacity, the decision could be affecting a group or safeguarding personal interest. In bus, organisation decision making wise decision always determines the success of the company. Recently, my friend who works as a junior supervisor in a local bus company was promoted to a senior post for making some changes in his department that according to the analyst was the drive force behind large profit margin in last financial year. Other industries have decided to follow the same suite of rewarding employees who make decisions that are believed to benefit the company at large. Leaders in bus organisations need to be aware that their decisions could either attract or discourage customers, since this industry is very competitive. Decision will also help Bus organisation to achieve its objectives.
