            Group Dynamics and teams is important study in any organization where operation requires teamwork. It covers behavioral study and how people in a group or team handle religion, racial, sex as well as social differences. In addition, other editors reckoned (Marcus. K.D). It is the scientific study of investigating differences level of education, communication standards and business levels in a group of people.

Bus organization is large and open field where people from different backgrounds could be involved and work as a team. For this reason, this report discusses both negative and positive impact that might arise in Bus organization. Poor group dynamic management always hinders the success of any group. In bus organization, good group dynamic behaviors should be emphasized to boost team spirit among employees. Transport industry being a very sensitive sector any form of discrimination need to be dealt with great concern. Despite busy work schedule in Bus organization, initiatives such as team building and self-help groups should be encouraged to enhance friendship. (Improving Group Dynamics, 2014). In the article, Improving Group Dynamics concluded that the team members in an organization that have positive dynamic [behaviors] always trust each other and have a common goal to achieve.
