Evangelism Case Study Instructions

Case studies provide opportunities to examine and respond to real-life situations so students can develop their critical thinking and decision-making skills. 

For this assignment, you must read and respond to the provided case study.  There is no page requirement for this assignment.  However, you must provide a 2-4 sentence response for each of the follow-up questions below.  (Note:  Do not make the mistake of rushing through this assignment and providing superficial responses.  You are expected to provide detailed, substantive answers.)

Please make sure to include the following bold questions with your responses:

  1. What positive things happened in the encounter?
  2. What negative things happened?
  3. Did Johnnie miss some important cues?
  4. Were there any signs in Toya of an openness to the gospel?
  5. Did Johnnie have a good opening and closing for this encounter?
