The performance measures help in identifying the appropriate practices that can be categorized as best in an organization. Mills and Smith (2011) on the other hand focused on relating knowledge management to organizational performance. Drogan and Yansey (2011) explored financial utility on employee selection to an organization and the ultimate corresponding performance.
