Learning Outcomes and Reflections
From the lessons covered, I have been able to acquire enough expertise in several areas of reflecting on the challenges of marketing. These skills will enable me to conduct expert market analysis at different levels of management. The scope of my view on marketing challenges and opportunities has widened.
In terms of leadership skills, I have been able to learn how to carefully analyze different situation that require a sound decision to be made. Understanding individual need as regard to clients is an important aspect of managing complex situations.
I have also acquired skills that would enable me handle class assignment well. Like the case of working under pressure and conducting extensive research. In this regard, I have gained experience on how to multitask among related and non-related concepts.
I have analyzed in details ways of evaluating the potentials of a market. The main areas of focus that really opened my perspectives on forecasting market trends. This involved issues to do with conducting effective market research and ways of penetrating it of modes of sales forecasting.
In these sessions, I have learned ways of guaranteeing customer satisfaction in provision of goods and services. The main philosophy behind customer satisfaction is to always strive toward meeting customer needs all the time. These sessions have also taught me how to set both long term and short-term goals in order to integrate them into business operations. By doing so, this will help in working towards attaining them.
I have also come to appreciate that learning is a continuous process. The levels of learning are connected to each other and so are the professions. We therefore not limit our knowledge to one specific are only but seek to enhance it in order to learn from each other.
