According to Casio, (2013) many business entities find it very difficult to manage people from different social settings and cultures especially when appointing to executives. In the end, they choose people they trust for these positions.
Dansby, et al, (2012) explains that an organizations policies and practices dictate how to deal with each employee needs. There would be cases were the minority groups especially women feel that they are being discriminated against when it comes to appointments or certain positions where as the policies demand for males to serve in those capacities.
