Personal Learning Outcomes
Learning process has stages of ensuring that the goals and objectives of the process are achieved. This gradual process will ensure personal improvement in area of specialization. Goals are long term achievements that are set to act as a guideline towards day to day undertakings and future. Based on these goals, comes the objectives to be achieved from time to time, these will necessitate goals to be achieved (European Conference on e-Learning, and In Beldhuis, 2012).
According to Cytron-Walker, et al, (2013) my attitude will have a big influence on the learning process. This will be shown by the way I communicate to learners. In this regard, good communication skills would be important. The use of questions and answers in the learning process is also important.
My personal belief and values also have a great impact on the learning outcomes in the sense that it will give me confidence. In appreciating individual differences, I would be able to address the challenges that are experienced during the learning process. In addition, presentation skills as well would certainly promote better learning environments (Dalglish, et al (2011).
There is a need to have a personal development plan that will guide me in my profession. This plan will have all my achievement outlined, and how I would effectively use these achievements to enhance my skills better and seek to advance to higher levels of learning (Nilson, 2010).
According to Zuber-Skerritt andTeare, (2013) one has to conduct an analysis of the individual needs of all stakeholders in the learning environment in order to find a way of fulfilling them holistically. There are always partisan interests, which might conflict in the process of learning. There is therefore a need to strike a balance among all these interests during the planning of the learning outcomes.
