According to Boaks & Levine, (2014) company leadership plays a crucial role in giving directions and promoting ethics that benefits a company. Personal values are essential in giving reference to what is ethical in an organization, and the leadership plays a crucial role in ensuring that they oversee their duty of managing resources for the benefit of others. Curtis, & Manning, 2015) argue that a leader of a company is charged with the factors that have influence over the employees and must ensure that those hired matches the company demands. Conflicts may arise between individual values and those of others, and, therefore, it is the responsibility of the leader to ensure that the values within the organization are uniform.
Honesty is one of the values that managers must promote on employees at every point as it leads to other values (Auster, & Freeman, 2011). Respect for others is an important aspect that will ensure that people respect and appreciate the diverse values of other people and consider their needs and beliefs. Service to others within the organization is also an important virtue that will see employees being able to work with their colleagues for the continuity of business processes.
It is important to promote excellence and ensure that employees are aware of the benefits that come out of it and the company. Finally, integrity would ensure that employees act soberly within their convictions. The leadership values that are important in company dealings include honesty that guarantees the upholding of truth in all the operations and duties.

The morality of a leader shines and organization and people will strive to ensure that they keep in touch with the leader for their success. A leader who does not have moral cause will find it difficult running an organization since there will be no connection with employees hence no cooperation necessary.
A leader must show consideration to the followers and take responsibility for any course appropriately within an organization and its dealings (Cangemi, Ingram, & Moore, 2013). Persistence is a significant factor that ensures achievement of the desired goal even if there is failure at one point. Excellence through persistence and putting effort to perform well will ensure that a leader is well guided to deal with the people and process within the organization. Showing commitment is an essential value of every leader to have a connection with what should be done and ensuring it is done best. A good leader strives to create an ideal organization within the company and ensures efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
Depending on type of the leader, a person chooses the right type of organization that works with the leadership type and participatory is one of them (Fein, Tziner, & Vasiliu, 2011). In the recent time that organizations strive towards teamwork, participatory leadership and organization may serve best an organization. This kind of structure exploits the full potential of employees and taps capabilities that support an organization that would otherwise not be achievable in other organizational forms. According to Curtis & Manning, (2015) all the virtues necessary for an organization would thrive through interaction of the people, and trust is acquired that is critical to the success of agencies. The participative organization is capable of producing high effectiveness out of employees leading to high-quality service.
Choosing to adopt participatory organization through appropriate leadership ensures high efficiency and higher performance of a company (Groves, & Larocca, 2011). The culture of our society is that which encourages teamwork and the participation of every individual to support empowerment. Communication is efficient, and supported across all levels to ensure that the necessary information is available to support the operations.
