Leadership is an art of giving direction to yourself and a group of people so that they can follow. In bus organisation it involves making wise decisions on behalf of the others and deciding which direction to follow to achieve organisation’s goals. Leadership style has direct impact to employees and the culture of every organization. I once worked on a three months contract in a bus organization company, as sale argent, my work involved working with other group members to sell electronic payment cards to our clients. What impressed me most was the way our team leader used to handle issues. He came up with a program to motivate his team members with the most sales every month, by rewarding them with bonuses on their commission. Employers were motivated and in a short time, the level of team spirit among employees improved. Leaders also need other employees’ support to maximize the results in a company (What is leadership, 2013).” Leaders also need assistance from others to create challenging results in an organization”. They need to keep in mind that the success of every organization depends on leadership skills. The company can either fail or grow according to how they run it.
