Learning Outcome
Morality and ethics are important factors that can inform the focus and the direction of a business based on the managerial attitudes. The focus of a company is a much important aspect, and though, at extremities, it will inform the direction and the operations of a firm. Managerial morality is an important tool for the stability of a company and competitiveness, giving a proper direction and purpose for the comfort of both stakeholders and shareholders. Through the session, I was able to learn the aspects of managerial morality and its effect on the company both internally and externally. My personal learning outcomes is the knowledge on the need for administrative morality and possibly expected differences that exist across organizations and borders (Hosmer, 2011). The understanding of the aspects of consideration in proper business focuses equipped me with the idea of both the focuses and their implication. I have learned more about the company center, and the possible existence of differences in managerial attitudes and moral philosophies in different places.
My achievement of the learning objectives and the new knowledge I have gained during the week affected my thought processes on the possible choice of company focus and the range of morality philosophies. I have developed knowledge in choosing the appropriate thrust of a business firm and dealing with differences in morality.I have expanded my knowledge of the implications of moral difference and dealing with them. My competencies are built on advancing cross border moral ethics and understanding the differences, and appropriate means of channeling a company focus. I can apply the knowledge while working in institution leadership and share the same to inform my peers and students to expand their knowledge.
